1.How can I contact your customer service?

Our customer services serve you in English, French, Russian and Turkish. You can reach us via WhatsApp, e-mail and chatbot. We are at your service 24/7 and will be happy to answer all your questions. Send an e-mail to customerservice@modaludo.com or contact us via Whatsapp.

2.What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not have an exchange service, but we do have a return service. You can return your product within 30 days from the date you received it. The label of the product must not be torn. After returning all products , your refund will be deposit in your account within 14 days .

3.What countries do we ship to?

We ship worldwide, except for two countries (Russia and Indonesia) where we cannot receive payment.

4.How long will it take to get my order?

It takes between 2-14 days for the products to reach you. You can track your package by finding the cargo tracking number in your Modaludo membership panel. Since your satisfaction is important to us, our customer services are always with you if you encounter any problems.

5.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card and debit card. We receive payments with a 3D security system for your security.

6.Do you have gift packaging options?

We can serve you in this regard, but you need to contact our customer service first.On the other hand, we should also point out that since it is a legal obligation, we have to send your invoice with gift package.

7.How do I cancel/modify an order?

If the cargo has not yet departed and is on its way, our customer services will arrange your address as quickly as possible. You can reach us via WhatsApp, chatbot and e-mail.

8.How can I track my order?

When your order is prepared by us, the order tracking number will appear on your Modaludo membership page and registered e-mail address. This way you can easily track your order.

9.What if my order arrives damaged?

Your return process will begin as soon as you send the photo of the product label along with the photo of the damaged part of your product. Once we receive the product, your refund will be deposited within 14 days.
